What happens to the services that I paid for?
Pre-paid services continue to be active through the originally contracted period.

How do I Access my Services?
Your account information remains the same. Simply visit Domains Priced Right at http://www.domainspricedright.com/ and login with your existing account information. If you forget your password, please contact Domains Priced Right technical support at (480) 624-2500.

Can I renew my existing services with Domains Priced Right?
Absolutely - however pricing may vary. Please visit their website for the latest pricing. You may find it more advantageous to transfer your domains or hosting services to 1&1 when it comes time to renew. If you would like assistance in completing this transfer without interruption to your services, feel free to contact us at sales@establishednetworks.com.

Am I still entitled to technical support?
Yes, however you should now deal directly with Domains Priced Right. Feel free to telephone them at (480) 624-2500, or visit this page to send them an e-mail.

Can I register a new domain/get a different hosting package/upgrade my services?
This depends on whether you were an existing client of ours. If you were, your account information has been transferred to Domains Priced Right and you can feel free to access any of their services. If you were not, we recommend you visit 1&1 to find out about their services.

I have a managed website designed and hosted with Established Networks. Does this change affect me?
No. Only our self-service customers are affected by the transition. Full-service customers will continue to experience the same high level of service as always, with no disruption to their websites or e-mail access.
